Short biography:
After studying the classics, she graduated in Law from Luiss University in 1988. A lawyer since 1991, Statutory Auditory since 1999 and Court of Cassation Lawyer since 2015, she is a partner at the legal and tax firm Legalitax at which she is a Member of the Steering Committee and heads the Non Profit Department. She has particular expertise in both ordinary and extraordinary tax and legal advice. In addition to dealing with the non-profit sector (associations, foundations, banking foundations, third-party entities), she also works with companies in the cultural sector (museums, theatres) and in the health sector (hospitals, research organisations, CME) and benefit companies. She is also an expert in privacy-related issues. She works in current affairs journalism, speaking and lecturing and collaborates with specialised journals.
