Short biography:

Giulio Bastia graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome with a degree in Statistical Demographic Sciences - specialising in economics. Due to his extensive accounting experience, he has been a member of the Register of Auditors since it was founded. He joined Finnat Group in 2001 as Head of the Central Advisory and Corporate Finance Department, before fulfilling a series of other roles such as Deputy General Manager from 2011 to 2017, Joint General Manager and Financial Reporting Manager from 2017 to 2022, and Deputy Joint General Manager from 2021 to 2024. He has been a board member and auditor at a number of companies, including Lucchini Siderurgica, CSM, Elsag, Adriatica di Navigazione, Italstrade, Lloyd Triestino, Bonifica, Fimit Sud, Cofiri Invest BV, ILVA, Iritecna, Calipso, Finnat Investments, Revalo, and REDO SGR.

Board member at Investire Sgr S.p.A. where he is also in charge of both strategic and management control.
