Document on the MAIN RIGHTS OF CUSTOMERS .

This document discusses rights of interest to the Customer depending on the product sales channel used: over-the-counter sales or through other outlets. The Information Sheets illustrate the features of products offered by the bank. A printed copy of the notice to customers and information sheets are available to customers from the registered office or at branches.

The notice refers to the transparency of transactions and banking services pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 385/1993 (the Consolidated Law on Banking) and the Bank of Italy Supervisory Instructions .
 
The notice does not concern investment service transparency or transparency of investment advisory services regarding financial instruments which are instead governed by Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998 (the Consolidated Law on Finance) and related Consob measures.
