Through its subsidiary Finnat Fiduciaria S.p.A., Banca Finnat  offers the following trustee services:

• Trustee registration of investments, administered deposits, asset management, funds and other financial instruments. The registration services in compliance with current laws offer complete third party confidentiality in terms of both assets and effects, which remain the property of the Customer, with regard to formal registration in the name of the Trustee.  The prompt and accurate execution of specific Customer instructions, such as the exercise of Investor rights and financial asset administration, is guaranteed.
• Planning and implementation of household asset administration plans, particularly inheritance-related difficulties.
• Support to companies and their shareholders in relation to contractual obligations, underwriting syndicates, planning and administration of stock option plans. The trustee agreement is represented by the mandate by which Banca Finnat's trust company receives and registers the customer's assets in its own name, handling administration and operating on its own account but on behalf of and in the interests of the customer.

THE TRUST: With regard to the setup and administration of a Trust, Finnat Fiduciaria performs the following tasks: - Trust setup support, identifying the type and reference laws best suited to achieving the desired objective; - analysis of legal, regulatory and tax implications; - assumption of the role of “Trustee”, arranging administration of the assets transferred to the Trust and all related legal formalities.
The trust administration is performed solely to implement specific written instructions from the customer.

The mandate conferred upon Finnat Fiduciaria S.p.A. allows the customer to retain ownership of the property and control of the assets, to maintain their confidential nature through registration in the name of the group’s trust company and to rest assured that the assets concerned are in the hands of a highly specialised team.
